The teachers help students to comprehend and understand these concepts by asking the right questions and guiding them towards the concept. Students then make quizzes based on the articles to internalize the learnings from discussions!
Thought Leadership
In the Young CEO classes, the students learn not only from the teachers but from the Thought Leaders! DT invites Thought Leaders from different domains to the Young CEO classes to dialogue with students and help them construct leadership concepts. Students love the classes, as they get the opportunity to ask questions directly to industry leaders and get insights from them. The DT teachers play the role of moderators to ensure a rich learning experience from the sessions.
LD Initiative
Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) is an initiative to nurture leaders by giving them a platform to exhibit their leadership qualities. It is an activity where the aspiring leaders take questions from their peers on leadership, strategy, execution, and different management principles. The leaders are given various case studies on leadership and are evaluated by their peers on the quality of the response. This initiative inspires the students to become leaders and create many more!
